Delivery Information

Please note that we currently do not deliver to Richmond, Delta, White Rock, Ladner, Abbotsford, or Chilliwack.

If your area isn’t listed, feel free to give us a call at 604-380-4242 — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

If you have a preferred delivery time and know that someone will be available to receive the flowers (or it's a business address), please leave us a note during checkout — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Kindly double-check that the recipient’s address and phone number are correct when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, please call us right away so we can update it.

In case a delivery attempt fails twice due to incorrect information, we may need to charge an additional delivery fee.
